OSHA's Recordkeeping Standard has attracted a lot of attention recently, particularly in regard to updates to the agency's Electronic Reporting Rule. With all of the noise, it's hard to know exactly what changes OSHA has made, how they affect your business, and what you must do to stay in compliance. Understanding your obligations is especially important right now, because establishments subject to electronic reporting must submit their 300A data to OSHA by March 2nd via the Injury Tracking Application (ITA).
This 60 minute webinar from VelocityEHS is perfect for EHS professionals who are looking for a no-nonsense guide to their current and potential future obligations under OSHA's Recordkeeping Standard. We'll cover the basics of recordkeeping (including completion of the annual 300A summary by Feb 1.), as well as review of the most recent updates to the Recordkeeping Standard and current Electronic Reporting applicability and due dates.. We'll also take a look at the nuances and challenges of recordkeeping (including detailed discussion of how to determine if injuries and illnesses are recordable) and offer best practices for ensuring compliance.
