PDAs: The Foundation to Your Worker Health and Safety Programs

It’s no secret that musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are costly. With the consistent rise of both direct and indirect costs, strategies to reduce the risk of workplace injuries are becoming more crucial. Metrics such as the number of injuries, types of injuries, time away from work, and lost productivity are being monitored more closely than ever before. With the correct tools and programs in place, like a Physical Demands Analysis (PDA), worker health and safety will improve, along with cost savings.
